Financial Transactions

We are committed to you. Our business relies on your trust. 

We do not sell customer information to third parties or share customer information with parties who may want to market their products to you. Your protection as our customer is important at every step in every transaction, every time. We protect your privacy every day.

We aim to protect the security and integrity of your information through procedures and technology designed for this purpose and is part of an ongoing process to improve your security using the latest and most up-to-date technology.

  • Partners and employees are restricted access to your data, unless there is a business reason to know this information. 

  • The physical security of workplaces and records include, but is not limited to: a 24 hour guarded key-access building, key access requirements for floor access, industry standard lock doors and files. And our computer systems are all password protected. 

  • The gateway partner for PMTC, Authorize.net has the physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards meet or exceed federal standards regarding the protection of customer information.

  • Contractors and outside companies who work with us to adhere to strict privacy standards through their contracts with us. Certain contractors who do have access to our floor and offices are screened, certified and bonded by our building management.

We may collect and maintain customer information as we attend to your needs.

The sources for this data collection can include, but is not limited to the following:

  • Information from applications or forms, you have completed either online or on paper.

  • We may seek input from outside companies, such as a business or consumer reporting agencies, references, and other resources

  • Information about your previous history with PMTC

Information may be used for a number of purposes including: protection from unauthorized access or identity theft; to process your purchases, and subscriptions; to issue checks, reimbursements, and send consultation account statements, to keep you, our client, informed of new material, content, events or opportunities.

We may disclose the information collected to nonaffiliated third parties acting for us, or as permitted by law, including:

  • Data processors, technical systems consultants and programmers, or check printers.

  • In compliance with subpoenas from government entities, courts or other entities 

  • To those you request us to share information with on your behalf.

  • We may report account information to credit bureaus and/or consumer reporting agencies. Late payments, missed payments, or other defaults may adversely affect your credit report and/or consumer report.

You may receive survey calls. Do Not Call preferences are effective as long as you are our client or for five years. Do Not Call preferences for businesses are effective for five years from the date received.
